Didnt have enough time hence this trip was not to EBC – half way to Tengboche.
Please note that you need to be physical fit and with decent stamina in order to do any trek in Nepal and the walking sticks is very impt. (the agency will be able to provide you)Good Shoes and thick socks(to protect the nails) .
Went during off peak season – there are pro and cons
Pros: Dont need to fight for toilets / not crowded / peaceful.
Cons: everything is closed / evening rains – during trek fortunately no rain.
Overall Trekking Planner is good.
Dipak was helpful. the Yogi Cum Guide(Anil) was great and the porter Pasang..he is amazing too.
Yoga before Trek – it it rather refreshing, you get a good stretch before you start the day.
Get fit before your trek.
