I’ve been to the 12-days EBC trip and it gifted me with a lifelong remembering joyful experience.

Before the trip, Mr. Dipak was always responsive and helpful, helped me to arrange everything from pickup to insurance. I trusted him a lot.

After arrival, I have to unexpectedly spend a day more in Kathmandu as my flight was a bit too late. Mr. Dipak helped me to arrange the accommodation for a day more, day trip in Kathmandu and my domestic flight smoothly and flawlessly. He even offered me with a very attractive price for heli from KTM to Lukla so I can avoid the Ramechhap flight and saved 7 more hrs to sleep. I was very grateful for that.

For the EBC trip, my guide Ananta and the porter Ganesh have took very good care of me. Everything was very well planned, I felt very comfortable and safe along the trip as he tailored the itinerary according to my physical conditions.

Ananta also shared their culture, religion, daily lives and knowledge of the mountains, we had a great bonding. Absolutely amazing to meet him.

The time in the mountains was perfect and dreamy. Absolutely coming again.

I did the 15 Annapurna base camp trek with trekking planner and it was fantastic - beyond my expectations.

Prior to arriving, Dipak always answered my questions super quickly which was so helpful!

The airport pick up and check in to the hotel was all taken care of and I instantly felt at ease and right at home! Dipak and his team were so welcoming and it helped me enjoy my first couple days in Nepal!

The trek itself - wow. Binoud was my guide and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, caring and funny and was so generous throughout the trek. He taught me many card games and offered up his phone to play games as well! Pardip was our porter and he added such great company to the trip. Together we laughed a lot and had a lot of fun!
Binoud shared lots of stories and information about Nepalese history and areas we hiked. He always made sure I was comfortable and safe both at the tea houses and throughout the trek. I feel lucky to have had him and Pardip as a team throughout the 10 days!

Overall I felt just so taken care of and that everyone went above and beyond to make this experience so unforgettable!

A great walk with Avi in Shivapuri National park

I met Dipak and Avi today at short notice so I didn’t give them much time to prepare. I’m trekking shortly towards Everest base camp and dipak suggested I take a day trip to Shivapuri National Park. It’s only a short drive from Central Kathmandu But it is a world away from the hustle and bustle. Avi was the guide and he was fantastic. A great training walk. Avi was experienced knowledgeable supportive and very helpful. Dipak was extremely knowledgeable and I could see that Trekking Planner is a very well run professional organisation.Dipak has had a lot of contact with Australians and understands Aussie’s very well. highly recommended

We just returned from a great trek to Gokyo Ri, trekking in from Phaplu, with our awesome guide Ananta. He was friendly, patient and super helpful along the way, adjusting our plan as needed.
