Mr. Dipak Lamichhane was born in the western part of Nepal, in the shadow of the Manaslu Himal. He came from a middle-class background where his father barely provided enough basic needs. He was taken to his uncle's place for further education and other needs, but things did not go as per planned. His situation emphasized the importance of hard effort, dedication, education, and the impact of financial problems. He completed his school level from Mahendra Jyoti School. He moved to Kathmandu after finishing high school to find job. He began working as a porter in the tourism industry in 1997. He became a legally recognized guide in 1999, after a two-year of great effort.

A strong principle was emphasized. He worked hard for more than 13 years as a trekking guide and made himself eligible to own a company. He established a new company “Trekking Planner Nepal.” And then the real journey begins.

What do you expect from a boy from a middle-class family? Nepal is a developing country, and the only choice for young people is to go overseas. Small loan to move abroad and work hard for the rest of your life. When Mr. Lamichhane established his company, digital promotion and digital marketing was at an all-time low in trend. People were technologically underdeveloped, making it difficult to conduct business. Even people who own their own businesses abandon them in order to expand abroad. Mr. Dipak Lamichhane, on the other hand, has the ability to face obstacles and difficulties, as well as the determination to work hard and the patience to wait for success.

Mr. Lamichhane has trekked on several prominent trekking routes, including Everest Region (Everest Base Camp trek more than 100 times), Annapurna Region, Langtang Region.

He is now a successful tourism entrepreneur. He is also involved in social activities. He did not have the opportunity to further his education, so his primary motivation is to deliver great education. He has also given several possibilities to women in the tourism industry. He has created an opportunity for women to receive training and serve as female guides and climbers. He inspires women to be self-sufficient. In addition, he established the "Deep-Dikshya Foundation" with the goal of educating children. He made the decision to provide quality education to children whose parents died in the mountains or who are physically disabled as a result of trekking.

Today he is source of inspiration for many others who wish to do different in their own country.

Mr. Abhishekh Singh was born in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu.  He belongs to decent family background with different mindset and thought. When you walk through a different stage in life, you start being described as a different person in life; that’s where the story began.

Mr. Singh passed his secondary level from Children’s Eternal Academy and high school from Orient College. Currently, he is pursuing his bachelor degree. He is skilled at playing guitar. He is versatile person with lots of extra knowledge in histories, mountains, World Wars, soccer, music, first aid, religions and culture of all over the world and so on. He is office representative but also a professional guide of “Trekking Planner Nepal.”

Mother Nature is something that heals the inner soul, and that's where the story begins, working as a porter, becoming an assistant, and going as a guide, and that's where everything begins.
As he walked through the trail between nature and the available services in the market, he realized the gap between the youth and the available terms in the market. A clicking occurred in the diverse mind, things began to change, and he realized the state of the country’s economic and youth conditions. Stepping inside the business occurred, and soon after that the mind clicked where he made a decision to devote my life to tourism so that his country could earn so much.

With a broad knowledge of fields such as guiding photography, history, culture, religion, tradition, art, and artifacts, and most of the things required for travel and tourism, he now proudly say that he has involved in the industry and will be for the rest of his life.

As the international representative for Trekking Planner Nepal, Mr. James R Leachman is dedicated to providing a fantastic experience in the heart of Nepal's Himalayan delights.  James who was born in Portland and is now a resident of Montevallo Alabama works for the company with a combination of energy, professionalism, and in-depth expertise.

He is currently building his career at Costco Wholesale, however during his free time he is involved in exploring the real world and meeting new people to share stories. With a passion for adventure activities and finding joy in the tranquility of nature, he is also enthusiastic about bass fishing. So whenever, in his free time he wishes to either go fishing or travel around some of the majestic landscapes of the world.

James mainly describes himself as an Everest region enthusiast and has been obsessed with anything and everything about Everest for over twenty-five years. The Everest region has been fueling his dedication to understanding the wonders of Nepal and immersing himself in the culture and tradition of Nepalese.

As the representative of Nepal Trekking Planner, James is committed to being the bridge between Trekking Planner Nepal and international individuals. His expertise during the Everest region travels and combined love for Everest ensures that every journey is meticulously planned, seamlessly executed, and leaves a lasting imprint on the hearts of adventurers. Before 2012, I was in government service, and now I am working at Trekking Planner Pvt Ltd. I have good knowledge of driving and am familiar with places all over Nepal. It is with great pride to introduce myself as a trekking and mountaineering guide of Trekking Planner. I am originally from Okhaldhunga. I have experience as a porter for more than 3 years and I have become a licensed Guide since 2012. Binod Shrestha, popular with our Annapurna and Manaslu Trekking has been with us for more than 7 years with Trekking Planner Nepal. He is one of our experienced guides who specializes in mostly the Western and Eastern parts of Nepal and is ready to welcome you with his great smile and personality.

I am a professional with expertise in hospitality, trekking, tours, and tourism. I have been providing tourism service for the past 8 years. I have a background from the Sherpa family my father was a guide as well and I chose this profession, following in the footsteps of my father.

I am Pemba Sherpa originally from Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Municipality who has been working as lead guide in Trekking Planner Nepal for couple of years. I have had my experience in trekking and mountaineering field for about nine years. Likewise, I began my trekking journey as a porter when I was fourteen years old on the Everest Three High Pass Trek, which grew my passion towards mountaineering and hospitality.

Additionally, I have experience for Ice climbing, Rock Climbing, Avalanche Rescue, and Mountaineering and Himalayan rescue certified by the National Mountaineering Association in 2018. Similarly, I have a peculiar expertise in Everest region with advance knowledge on various trekking and mountaineering routes of Everest region including Everest Base Camp, Everest Three Pass, Lobuche Peak Climbing, Island Peak Climbing, Pokalde Peak climbing and Gokyo Lake Trekking.

Besides Everest region I also have expertise in Annapurna Circuit Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Ghore Pani Poon Hill Trek and many more. I am completely familiar with the terrains and mountains as I grew up in the lap of Himalayas. My humble nature, information, communicative skills and group handling is favored by many of the company clients. Hello, I am Runjhon Bhatta and I am originally from Nepal's Gorkha district, my village is located in Masel of Gorkha. I have been working as a guide in the field of trekking for the past two years, prior to that, I began my career as a porter, and after working very hard, I was promoted to an assistant, and now I provide service in the field of tourism and hospitality as a guide.

Among the skills I possess, some are dancing, cracking jokes, and cooking for camping. And the best skill set I have is patience since trekking requires patience since we receive clients from all over the world and everybody's pace is different. Hello, I am Sonam Jangbu Sherpa, originally from Okhaldhunga Khiji Dhemba and now residing in Kathmandu, Nepal. Being a sherpa, I had a strong passion for going towards the mountains professionally, working in trekking planner Nepal as a climber and guide for the past 4 years. Started climbing professionally at the early age of 21 as a sherpa and worked all the way up to being a guide. Some talents that I possess are fluency in English, climbing, and trekking. I was a monk when I was a child, at the age of 9, and I was a monk till the age of 17.

Since the early age i had an extreme passion towards mountaineering and trekking being a sherpa seeing my elderes and brother i was always desperate myself to go there. My father used to work in the same field as trekking and mountaineering, and as a son, I even wanted to carry on the legacy. My younger brother is even working as a guide in the Khumbu region.

I got my climbing license from the Khumbu Climbing Center, which is located in Phortse, my guide license from Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), and first aid training from KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project). Supporting and promoting sustainable tourism and development along the Khumbu region has been one of my main motives for the past five years.

Hello, I am Aita Singh Lopchan Tamang and I hail from the beautiful Arukharka village in Rasuwa district, Nepal. Nestled in the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas. Following in the footsteps of my father, Nima Nurbu Lopchan Tamang, I have been honing my guiding skills for over 6 years. With a strong educational background (having completed my +2 studies) and fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepali, my experience navigating the majestic mountains of Nepal allows me to provide insightful guidance and ensure a safe and enriching journey for trekkers.

My name is Anish Phuyal, and I am 27 years old. I come from Kavresthali, Kathmandu. Five years ago, I began my career in the trekking industry as a guide and porter. During this time, I received training and obtained my license from the Ministry of Nepal Tourism. I have developed a strong understanding of the mountains and the local culture, which I am passionate about sharing with others. Additionally, I am multilingual, speaking Hindi, Nepali, and English fluently.

I started my trekking journey when i was in class 10. I belong from solukhumbu where mainly occupations of there people is trekking so i look after them at young age and i was also to curious to know about trekking and mountain from small age. After some period of my journey in trekking field i decided to take licenses to be professional guide and i took part in training of guide training in Nepal Academy of Tourism And Hotel Management (NATHM). I became legally registered trekking guide.

Anil Gautam, He is working as a yoga teacher and a trekking guide with Nepal Trekking Planner Tour and Trekking company since long time. Yoga is a new concept in trekking, he introduce the best way to do the yoga to keep our mind and body in a sound condition to feel the optimum bless and happiness in once life to realized the inward journey through the yogic practice, he had been practicing and teaching yoga and its philosophy since long time for the practical use of it. I graduated from Global College of Management and am currently a university student. I've had a passion for travel and adventure since I was a child. Growing up with a father who worked as a professional guide drove me to pursue a career in this field. Aside from that, I am inquisitive and always willing to learn new things, explore new places, and travel. I developed a profound respect for nature's beauty and the excitement of discovery. My passion for travel and adventure got stronger as I grew older, and I knew I wanted to make my love of the outdoors a career. As a trained trekking guide, I am now able to share my enthusiasm with others and assist them in creating their own unique adventures.
