My wife and I had the most memorable experience building our trip with Nepal Trekking Planner. Dipak and his team did an amazing job planning out our itinerary day over day with a welcome and sendoff dinner, airport pickup/drop-off, and all the support and help we needed during the trip. Our guide Sudip Bhatta and our porter Sudeep (sp) were amazing at their tasks. Sudip our guide maintained a good pace over the trek and ensured we were taken care of during our stays at the tea houses with our preferences of meals and beverages. We had to change our itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances and Sudip coordinated the logistics with Dipak and his team to ensure our needs were prioritized. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and look forward to returning in 2027 with another trip to EBC and the Annapurna circuit.

Guide SudipPorter: SujanOur guide, Sudip made us feel very safe and ensured we felt okay. He put a lot of effort into teaching us the culture and history of the region. Our porter Sujan worked very hard and motivated us with his constant positive attitude, great personality, and smiles. Our trip in the Annapurna region overall was extremely beautiful and was an amazing experience to remember.

We had incredible support from the team at Trekking Planner in creating an individual 18 day trek and climb in the Solo Khumbu for our family of three. While I have been to Nepal two times in the past on climbing expeditions, this time I wanted to share this amasing country with my wife and son, visiting places I had been to before and to venture up a 6,000 metre peak together with my son. The organization of our trip through Trekking Planner was very detailed and allowed us the flexibility to create our own trip. Together with Dipak, we were able to make some key decisions beforehand, which proved invaluable in the execution of our trip and not getting stuck in Kathmandu when the weather proved challenging.During the trek we also had some weather challenges with an unusual storm that brought lots of new snow. This meant that we had to make some fast changes to our itinerary, which thanks to our guide, Gyaljen, and Dipak, we were able to make, finding accommodation at previously unplanned destinations on an ad hoc basis. In the end the trip worked out unbelivably well, perhaps even better than planned, and we all came home safe and sound with truly incredible memories of our adventure and climb. We will be coming back to this beautiful country and will once again be planning our next adventure to Nepal and perhaps also Bhutan with Dipak of Trekking Planner. Absolutely fantastic experience, the company went ways and beyond to provide spectacular service. My Nepal Annapurna trip was made possible all thanks to Trekking Planner Nepal. Mr Dipak the company owner made all our queries and doubts clear; he was very responsive and ensured that our trip was smooth. Our guide Binod did a fantastic job. Very kind and caring as well as professional. We played games together during our free time and laughed a lot along the journey. It was very fun. there were some concerns in the beginning of the trek as the time of the return flight to kathmandu were booked without discussing with us. i thought we couldnt make it and i brought up this issue to Dipash, who was our guide. He identified and rectified the issues smoothly. the itinerary was change often to suit our pace and weather conditions. the first 2 days of the hike were challenging and confusing as each one of us had different pace. after a brief discussion, we all came to an agreement that we must complete the trek as a group so from the next day onwards we hiked in a group. even if we were separated, we made sure we can still see each other. we began to enjoy our hike and took one day at a time. we had good porters, Arjun and Sumon and our experienced guide, Dibash. Dibash predictions of our ETA to the tea houses were excellent. We were always on schedule although we may seemed slow. they helped with one of our trekking pole when it became loose with a spoon and they also helped with my shoes when the soles almost came off during the rain. they had nothing to repair but they used what we had to make do. Dipash took the string from his raincoat to tie the sole of my shoes. they were not just porters and guide but they were like mcgyver too! we did not have a smooth start but we made it to ABC as a group and we made it down safely too. all thanks to the dedication, perseverence and guidance of Dipash, Arjun and Sumon. We had good dinner in Pokhara and Kathmandu and also a complimentary full body massage! it was an awesome experience altogether.

I, along with my family, had an excellent time with Nepal Trekking Planner; the planning was fabulous—special thanks to Mr. Dipak for organizing such a fantastic trip. Even though we had it customized, there were no problems, and we had some of the best times there. Annapurna, Pokhara, and Bandipur are so magical and beautiful. Not enough to explain how beautiful these places are. The whole trip was taken care of, and there was nothing to worry about. Additional thanks to Binod, our guide, who helped us throughout the trek. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Trekking Planner is the best company in Nepal for tours and trekking. I highly recommend this company for future travelers.

Trekking to ABC was a memorable & Joyful Journey eventhough a little hiccups in the beginning of the trekking.The trek’s stunning landscapes, cultural immersion, and sense of accomplishment made it an unforgettable adventure.
Our Guide Dibash's judgement on our daily hiking hours based on our pace and terrain challenges was very précised. Kudos to our porters Arjun and Sumon for carrying our duffle bags and making sure we are ok. Would appreciate details like pre-trek materials, pre-updates on seasonal weather/temperature on and what to expect (monsoon, winter etc) 1 week before the departure date. This small adjustment could transform a great trek into a flawless one!

The trek was awesome, everything managed well from the beginning to the end the owner Dipak was fantastic and thanks to our guide Mr. dibash we couldn’t have done it without him great team work all the porters were great it was truly a great experience. Highly recommended.
