The 10 Days Silent Yoga Retreat Nepal itinerary listed above is the standard itinerary. The schedule can be adjusted to include shorter or longer walks each day based on your physical fitness, and some designated overnight stops may change due to room availability and other factors.

We will stick to the itinerary, but if it needs to be changed due to inclement weather, landslides, or participant difficulties necessitating additional days, our leader and head guides will make the best decision for the safety of the participants, with full authority from Trekking Planner Nepal.

    You’ll be received at the Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu a representative of Nepal Trekking Planner and escorted to the hotel for your stay after you shall complete the necessary formalities at the customs in Airport. After reaching hotel at the same day you will having sound meditation session for 45 min in our sound healing and meditation center in Kathmandu which helps to come down your mind and to ride you out from all the stress from traveling.

    Trip Briefing: After you arrive, the whole group is briefed about the trip. We are checking all the equipment for the trip. If something it’s not appropriate enough we can provide, rent or help to buy it here. During the trip briefing time we will explain about the program.

      We will start our journey from Kathmandu for the yoga retreat. We will be going to yoga Ashram which is situated in the far east of Nepal in Illam district. We will be using road transportation to reach our destination. Normally, the total distance is 12 hrs drive from Kathmandu to Kakarvitta but some time it might take little longer because of the traffic and road condition. During the evening you will be reaching in Kakarvitta, you will be staying overnight in Kakarvitta the last city before the Ashram.

        We start our journey to the Ashram traveling by local bus about one and half hrs and another one and half hrs walk watching scenic beauty and vast land of Terai region of Nepal and India. We will be reaching Ashram for our lunch. After lunch we will be taking rest for some hours. We will be having mediation session during the evening all together.

        Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided in regular time of the Ashram.

          We start our day with the detoxification program every morning at 05 am. After Detoxification we will be going for the further practice of prayers, yoga ashanas followed by centering of mind and body which is followed by pranayama practice. At 08:30 you will be having your breakfast after that you will have a break about 01 hrs. After rest we will be going for hiking around the Ashram for couple of hours. You are in the silent yoga retreat program so we will give you some practices during your leisure time to keep yourself engaged. You will be having lunch at Ashram between 01 to 02 o’clock. After lunch you will be having some break about 02 hrs, after 4 again we start some evening yoga practice followed by meditation. After yoga and meditation you will be having your dinner around 08 o’clock. After dinner we will be going for satsang where we can shear our spiritual experience with our friends, around 10 o’clock we will be going for our bed for a good sleep.

            Our regular day start with the detoxification program. We will be going to see beautiful sunrise early in the morning. We will be walking about 15 min up in the hill to the view point from where we can see the beautiful sunrise and panoramic view of Mt Kanchanjunga. We will be practicing to offer the salutation to the sun followed by pranayama and meditation. After the practice you will be back to the ashram for breakfast. After breakfast you will have a break about 01 hrs. After rest you will be going for village tours. You will be having lunch at Ashram between 01 to 02 o’clock. After lunch you will be having some break about 02 hrs, after 4 again we start some evening yoga practice followed by meditation. After yoga and meditation you will be having your dinner around 08 o’clock. After dinner we will be going for satsang where we can shear our spiritual experience with our friends, around 10 o’clock we will be going for our bed for a good sleep.

              It’s a regular day, we will start our day with the detoxification program, cleansing of upper gastro intestinal track with the help of kunjal kriya. Then after we will be doing light yoga practice followed pranayama and meditation. At 08:30 you will be having your breakfast after that you will have a break about 01 hrs. After rest we will be going for hiking around the Ashram for couple of hours. You are in the silent yoga retreat program so we will give you some practices during your leisure time to keep yourself engaged. You will be having lunch at Ashram between 01 to 02 o’clock. After lunch you will be having some break about 02 hrs, after 4 again we start some evening yoga practice followed by meditation. After yoga and meditation you will be having your dinner around 08 o’clock. After dinner we will be going for satsang where we can shear our spiritual experience with our friends, around 10 o’clock we will be going for our bed for a good sleep.

                The day start as regular basis, we start our day with the detoxification program, cleansing of lower gastro intestinal track with the help of shanka prathysalan. After detoxification we will be doing some pranayama and meditation followed by deep relaxation technique (drt). After the cleansing that day you will be having mediational food made of a lentil, rice, ghee and some fruits. On this day you will be having rest at the ashram atmosphere other than that we will be following the same routing as regular days. This is the last night in the Ashram so we will be celebrating our last night with some special activities after our evening program. We will be celebrating the evening time with the member of ashram share some good wishes and some experiences which you had receive during your stay and give your comments and advice for the things what need to we improve related to the place, accommodation, food etc.

                  Today is the departure day from ashram, after breakfast we start our journey around 06 am. Two hours bus drive through the local village you will be reaching at the last city/Kakarvitta. After you reached here you will be connected with outer world through the help of internet. You be will spending your time talking to the people close to you, may be your family, member friends etc. till the time for your lunch. You still have some leisure time before you start your journey back to Kathmandu by the evening bus drive. You will be reaching Kathmandu early morning next day.

                    Once you reach in the Kathmandu you will be dropped to the hotel. Since you are taking a long bus journey you must need some good rest in the hotel. During the late afternoon you will be having sound meditation for the deep relaxation of your mind, body and soul to find yourself fresh and new. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

                      Today according to your international flight time we will drop you to the international airport for your flight back to home or next destination.
