Poon Hill Annapurna Panorama trekking starts with short scenic flight to land at Pokhara a beautiful and renowned touristic of Nepal and within all Himalaya blessed with natural beauty of high mountain range and serene lakes.
From Pokhara adventure begins heading towards the foot hill of Annapurna Himalaya, where climb leads you from low warm farm areas to reach cool alpine hills covered within dense lovely forest of rhododendron-magnolia and pine trees.
In spring during the months of March to May will be an enjoyable and most spectacular time around high green hills when wild flowers are in full bloom making the hills alive with flower in season.
Walk leads lead through many farm villages of great interest and slowly climb takes you to nice village at Ghorepani located at the base of Poon Hill within rhododendron forest surrounding.
Early morning hike takes you to the main highlight at Poon Hill and the highest spot of the adventure at above 3,210 m high offers fantastic sunrise views over panorama of mountain range that includes from Dhaulagiri, Annapurna to Manaslu with majestic Machhapuchare Himal the famous ‘Fish-Tail’ peak.
Enjoying time of your life facing glorious views then head back to Pokhara taking an alternative route through nice and large village of Ghandruk one of the most important and major village around Annapurna of Gurung hill tribe.

- Day 02: Fly to Pokhara 860 m and drive to Nayapul 1,010 m trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,577 m -06 hrs with 30 mins flight, 2 hr drive and 4 hrs walks
- Day 03: Trek to Ghorepani 2,840 m - 05 hrs.
- Day 04: Hike to Poon Hill 3,210 m trek to Ghandruk village 1,940 m - 07 hrs.

Important to know:
While on trekking where all trekkers requires adequate warm gear as per the season wide including sleeping bags to carry, not forgetting water proofs against sudden rain or snow.
Walk leads to high steep uphill for few hours, otherwise a pleasant walks with fabulous views of peaks.
Accommodation, where some people might require single room supplement which is will be at extra cost and around villages with nice lodge where available.
All lodge with facilities of nice and cozy rooms with large warm dining hall serving excellent Nepalese-Indian, Chinese to continental food menus, with attached or common bath and toilets.
Electric supply to charge your gadgets either from hydro local power or solar power at extra charge per item includes charge for hot / cold showers also.
The trek in protection of ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Projects) where all trekkers requires ACAP permits as per your duration of treks.
One trek solo or in group but best with guides to accompany you and to acquire useful information of the country.
Drinking water safe to drink boiled and filtered, one can refill at every lodge on route, buying bottled water available but it only creates more rubbish and pollution as one can re-cycle the same bottle throughout the treks.
For Jungle Safari in Chitwan all meals, accommodation with wild-life activities included on the package cost, where one needs dark, dull colored dress to blend with jungle surroundings.
Hats, long sleeve shirts and long pants preferred for elephant safari and on jungle/ nature walks good to carry your own binoculars and bird books of Nepal or Himalaya region.
