Dipak created a custom EBC and Gokyo trek for us followed by safari in Chitwan National park. Excellent pricing and flawless delivery. From the moment we exited the airport to delivery back to the airport nearly a month later, we were taken care of every step of the way by the Nepal Trekking Planner team. They were like family, and our guides were all top notch - which shows just how connected Dipak is. All the accommodations were great. Overall, Nepal Trekking Planners strikes the right balance between value pricing and very good accommodations. We paid $20 more per night for private bathrooms and electric blankets, which made a huge difference for us. Our trekking guide Ananda and porter PJ were superb and so very attentive. Ananda planned our days based on our abilities and kept us at a sustainable pace. Whether a solo trek, a couples trek, or a group trek, we 100% recommend Nepal Trekking Planner - you will have found the best.

I did the EBC + Goyko lakes trek in November 2023. My experience with Trekking Planner was very good from start to finish. Communication with the company's owner was very efficient, trek was well organized and I had the chance to share those 2 weeks of trekking with a very good young guide named Anish.

What an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience! As a 69 year old South African woman (our highest mountain is only 3446m!), I would never have been able to achieve this amazing feat without the help of my wonderful guide and companion for the last 14 days, Fur Tenji sherpa an my porter Dawa. Fur Tenji (FT) Sherpa started his career at the age of 14 years as a porter and now is a very accomplished and experienced guide. He has put a lot of effort into learning English and in getting ahead in life. He is very observant and attentive and was able to read my changing needs all the time. He knew just when to give me some extra help, encouragement and support (eg. when I was using my last reserves of strength at the top of Renjo La). His greatest strength is in his caring attitude and his knowledge of everything around - routes, peaks, animals, traditional customs etc. I was most impressed when he picked up some litter along the way.

But the most valuable gift he has, is to know how to pace his clients. This is the only way to achieve the 3 Passes Trek with the right attitude and enjoyment - slowly slowly acclimatise, spend some extra nights in one place and when climbing uphill, just put one foot in front of the other and gradually go up without stopping and resting too often. He is a master at encouraging you to do this! He is clearly well-known and very respected and greets guides and porters along the way. I shall miss this very gentle, modest person and thoroughly recommend using him for your next trek in the Himalayas. A big shout out to Dipak from Trekking Planner who at short notice managed to get FT for me! Thank you!

Dipak was instrumental in arranging our Annapurna base camp helicopter tour, we got the best price for a family of 4. He also arranged our local sightseeing Pokhara and hot air balloon, pick up and drop from airport, and arranged sightseeing in Kathmandu as well. One of the best agencies you can find! They are very well organized and help you solve any problems during the trip. We had to advance the flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and the agency ménage everything for us really fast.

This trip was an unforgettable experience for me.
Anish, my guide exceed my expectations. This young man (22y) has a very good knowledge of the western culture and will make everything to insure that your trek is going smoothly. His English is perfect and has a good sens of humor. He also helped me to exchange with locals (speak to my porter and give gift to local kids).
I could not have hoped for a better guide.
