I did two treks with trekking planner- Everest Base Camp and Langtang Valley. Dipak was so helpful planning logistics, especially when unforeseen circumstances occurred, he really decreased the amount of stress and anxiety that often accompany travel. I had two different guides for the treks, and two different porters. Each person went above and beyond to help me have a positive, memorable, and meaningful experience. They even helped me celebrate my birthday and surprise me with a birthday “cake” while on the trek, which is a something that I’ll never forget. When I received some disappointing news from home, they were present, friendly, attentive and ensured that I still was as present as possible. I would definitely use them for a third time. I think the price fair- some companies were double the cost, some were half the cost- but again, these guys were great and I would go with them again.

Even tho I couldn’t complete my Trekking plans the whole team was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Specially Avi was so lovely and was there for me and made me feel I was taken care of and safe. I hope one day I can come back and complete my plans as expected! 🙏🏼✨

We had a great time on our EBC trek! Our guides were remarkable and took great care to share their experiences and knowledge with us along the way. They also supported us by creating the space for us to reflect on our journey as we were doing the trek. I feel very grateful for this team and for how well they took care of us!

The guides are amazing! They took care of our group of ten and managed to get us all to base camp! They were very informative about the villages and the mountains. They made sure we had everything we needed to successfully make it to EBC! I will use this company in the future for any upcoming treks!

Trekker Planner made all arrangements for my 30-day stay in Nepal. My personalized tour to Shivapuri/Nagarjun, Chitwan, and Bardia National Parks exceeded my expectations. Even in the cool of December and cold of January, the magic of nature abounded. I was treated to the magic of seeing the iconic Bengal tiger, greater one horned rhinos, and gharials. It was earth of paradise being surrounded by the extraordinary variety of birds, including bee eaters, hoopoes, greater racket tailed drongos, and more. The surprises at these wonderful parks included seeing packs of jackals, yellow throated martens, gaur, and so much more. The staff of Trekker Planner were kind and went out of their way to provide care and personalized experience.

Thanks to Dipak I was able to spontaneously organize my trip to Nepal and the trekking to ABC. He was very quick to respond and everything was organised smoothly and easily. Thanks to that I decided to book with them. My guide Binod was doing a great job keeping me motivated and laughing every day even in times when there was not much going on (because it was off-season) he kept me entertained! Also my porter Biraj was amazing and a great person to have around for the trek. Thanks to those two I always felt in good company and safe (doing the trek alone as a woman). Would definitely recommend!

We ( group of 12! ) went on the EBC trek and heli with Nepal Trekking Planner, Oct 31st to Nov 9th, 2022 and it was like traveling with family. I agree 100% with all of the positive reviews posted here and can only add, "yes, they truly are as incredible as stated!!" From the airport pick up, renting gear, shopping for specific gifts, hotel stays, add on excursions, the guides, care and attention during the trek, making sure we slept and ate, and honestly every detail, they were amazing. Our group of 12 had varying needs and physical fitness level and they were able to accommodate each one of us. They have an attentive network and it is a family run company which plans and cares for you with sincere heart and compassion. They are there to take care of your every need and detail and try their best to make you comfortable in their home country. My husband and I decided that if or when we go back to Nepal, we will absolutely go with this group again. Thank you to Deepak, Avishek, Dikshaya, Annanta, Ranjan, Niranjan, just to name a few of the people who made this trek memorable. We can't wait to come see you again!!

I did a customized EBC trip due to my time constraints and everything was handled perfectly and professionally. The trip was incredible that I would strongly recommend to anyone considering it and it was much easier to enjoy with the helpful planning of Dipak and his entire staff. Truly a rewarding experience to the highest degree. I will definitely be back to do Bhutan and Annapurna with this crew!
