Communications with Dipak before and during my Nepal visit was prompt and informative, no enquiries dismissed even the small ones. He follows through once in the country, as well as being available.
My trip was a 'slow and easy Everest' which reaches 3,800m for those not wanting to complete the full Everest run. I was a solo, senior female traveller and my guide Lhapka and porter Pemba were two pleasant and personable young men. I found the estimated walking time per day to be a fair estimate, having reached daily destinations well within the indicated walking time frame, even though I would have appeared to be slow, in particular on inclines at 3,800.
Accommodation for the area is pretty standard, but one in particular I think could have been improved on (namely Khumjung). Namche had the best (access to hot, contained shower).
One destination was not reached, Tengboche due to a couple of factors.
One, not securing accommodation in advance, even with a major Monastery celebration. The second, being my decision not to attempt the long ascent from Phunki Thanga to Tengboche to then turn around the next day and retrace part of the trail finishing with another ascent to Namche.
This resulted in being one day ahead of the itinerary, giving an extra day in Lukla which was way too long.
Having said all this I have no hesitation in recommending Nepal Trekking Planner and Dipak for his dedication and professional approach in providing a trustworthy service.

My sister's partner Martin booked TP and we weren't disappointed. From being greeted at the airport then Dipak briefing at our Kathmandu hotel every single avenue was covered right down to the provision of 'bulky stuff' ie kit bag, down jacket & sleeping bag. Our guide Dorje was absolutely brilliant himself having reached the summit of Everest three times! His knowledge was invaluable from booking tea houses to obtaining National Park permits. Our young porter Budda ... how do they carry all that stuff!!?? Thanks Dipak for fulfilling one of life's dreams ... at 63 I think that may be my last 'great climb' and it helped raise £2500 for a local Hospice. Four of us booked a 10 days EBC trekking tour with Trekking Planner. We booked very late and had quite specific requests. Dipak, the owner of the company, did everything he could to accommodate us. the entire arrangement was smooth and well planned. Even when the flight was cancelled due to the local weather and we had to switch to Heli, Dipak was able to find a local guide and porters for us at the last minute request. and we loved our guide and porters. We remain friends via facebook!

Dipak is an amazing host in Nepal. From the greeting at the airport to sending me off to the next adventure-everything was perfect. Anil is an excellent guide and yoga instructor. His priority is your safety and having a wonderful, spiritual trek. This team is top notch and highly recommended. Other agencies do not offer monsoon season treks to EBC and this is a shame. Summer is an incredible time to trek to Everest Base Camp-no lines and a chance to connect with the few trekkers on the trail. A life changing experience not to be missed!

I don’t tend to go back to the same place twice but I had such an amazing time that I will be coming back and do it all again... but next time for the Everest Marathon and I will definitely be arranging it with you again!

Summit is not the final goal,but doing yoga trekking to EBC is the best choice I've ever made. Although it's raining season,once reach certain height. May see the top of mountains with luck. It's a ritual journey followed with friendships you would never expected and trust you would never doubt. Don't use your personal expectations to judge the nature,and you will love this trip as much as I do.
