We had a lovely time on the Mardi Himal Trek with the guide Binod.
The organization (transport etc.) by Dipak was great!:-)

I booked my trek in January 2025 following my new year’s plan to visit the Annapurna region of Nepal. I then encountered with Trekking Planner Nepal through google and with the fast and genuine reply from Mr Dipak-the company owner I ended up booking the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. From arriving at the airport, they managed a private vehicle and brought me to a nice hotel. Everything in Kathmandu went fabulous with no room for complain. Then, I started with my trek and my guide was Ananta. He is genuinely one of the best guides I have ever known, extremely talented and very patient with me. He quickly adjusted to my pace and motivated me to walk further. His planning was excellent, the accommodation was booked beforehand so there was no hassle for me and all the accommodation option were excellent. Ananta used to check up on me every time we reached the teahouse and briefed me every day about the next trekking day, very professional. I couldn’t have asked anyone except Ananta he made me feel very comfortable during the walk. Talking about trekking planner, I thank them for such a wonderful experience. It couldn’t have been more fun with you guys. What you are doing is out of ordinary and I should mention the genuine service provided. Thank You Dipak and Ananta for making me fall in love with Nepal. The best company in Nepal- Trekking Planner, no doubt, highly recommended.

It’s an incredible experience in my life. As a Thai never used to the freezing weather and high altitude but Avi and the team made everything look so easy and we had fun and laugh all the way to the Everest base camp. I and my brother had a chance to ride the horse to the rocky way very cool and fun.

It’s not just guide tour but they take care like a family. Everything you want they will be for you right away with a big smile just tell them.

My partner and I completed the Langtang trek in December 2024, and it was truly unforgettable, all thanks to our amazing guide Binod! Binod’s extensive knowledge of the region ensured that our journey was seamless and enjoyable. He expertly managed all logistics, from navigating local buses to selecting excellent tea houses. His daily advice on clothing and detailed explanations of each trekking segment made the trek even more special. From the moment we entered the Trekking Planner office in Kathmandu, we were impressed by their ability to tailor our trek and budget to our needs, but Binod was the star of the show!

Our 8-day trek through the stunning Langtang region was unforgettable, thanks to our incredible guide, Binot. From navigating challenging trails to sharing fascinating stories about the local culture, Binot was the heart and soul of our adventure.

He always knew the best teahouses, kept us motivated and on time, and ensured every step was safe and smooth. Whether it was spotting wildlife or keeping us fed and hydrated, his attention to detail made the trek extraordinary.

It was excellent trip we had so much fun and the nature was stunning. The guide ft shera was awesome and very kind. I would definitely recommend this trip!!

• Our guide Shusil Pandey is exceptionally patient and professional; we were lagging behind the schedule but Shusil accommodated our physical levels and needs along the way.
• When we arrived the tea houses, our bags were always in one good piece waiting for us, thanks to our quiet but attentive porter Prakash Gurung.
• We were put into the best available accommodations on the trek.
• Our needs and interests e.g., hot water, hot shower, no spicy, no sugar, quiet room, medical attention, wildlife spotting... were all heard and granted in a timely manner.
• Thanks to Dipak, cost is transparent from the first email communication; we were not ambushed by any hidden cost. (The extra charge like hot water and Wi-Fi is steep in the mountains, but we knew that well before the trip.)
• We appreciated the punctuality throughout the trip starting from the very beginning of airport pickup, meet-up, breakfast and dinner on the trek, jeep pick-up to the airport drop-off.

I would rate Trekking Planner as 5 star. Would highly recommend them. They were very responsive and quick to respond. Our guide Dibash and assistant guide Pradeep were very good.. they took care of all our needs. Dibash is so experienced, he would give detailed briefing of the next day. What the terrain was like and how long it would take, this was very useful as you are mentally prepared for the next day. They were also fun company. Would recommend them as guide. The porters were very helpful and took good care. Overall I would say they were a great team and would highly recommend Trekking planner and Dibash and his team.
