I used the services of Trekking Planner at the turn of October/November 2024. I used helicopter, plane and transfers for trekking to EBC between Katmandu and Lukla. I have had never encountered such good service and quick response to “unexpected” situations. I will fully recommend trekking planner!

We had the pleasure of going for the Anapurna Circuit trekking last week and loved their organization of the whole itinerary. I can't thank enough our guide, Mr. Binod for the best hiking experience ever. Being a regular hiker, his wisdom and personal touch made this an amazing experience, and we will definitely be back for the EBC. To the porters Sujan and Ravi, wow, these guys were just amazing and made sure all our belongings were taken care of well and made sure all our meals were served without any issues. Back in 2019 I had Ngima as my guide for the Everest basecamp trek and Gyeljen as guide for climbing Island Peak. I met Gyeljen the day before going to Island Peak Basecamp. Both where incredible strong and fit with a well understanding of safety.
Gyeljen was able to read my fitness and mental level. He made an assemt that I was able to climb island peak, even though we where delayed due to a snowstorm during the night and morning. A correct assessment as we summited in 5 hours later with high spirits and smiling all the way.
Ngima created an authentic experience as he took me to good teahouses where I spend hours talking with locals. All in all, I will gladly recommend both as guides.

It is not just the guides that did well. Trekking planner was quick to respond and easy communicate with. They also had very competitive price levels and where ready to lend me a sleeping back and a down jacket.

Our guide and porters are super good and professional. Special to our guide Dibash & our porters Kairam & Kishan. Highly recommended

Dibash, our guide, Kiran, Kishan, our porters, took good care of us during the trip. They paced us for the hikes and made sure we were safe and comfortable. Dibash also provided useful advice and instructions along the way. It was an amazing trip for us.

I did Annapurna Circuit Trek with Trekking planner. Trekking planner tailored this trek to meet our tight schedule. They did an amazing job with the planning of this trek. He understood our needs and made sure our trek was fun and comfortable. Binod has thorough knowledge of the trek and provided us with valuable guidance that helped us with successful completion.

Deepak of Trekking Planers is an very good organizer and planner. In aftermath of the floods he got us to Lukla where we met by his team led by Dibash, our main guide and his able assistant Koshish. Dibash is a clam, mature and experienced guide. His made the whole trek seem very casual and easy. Ensure to follow all safe guidelines by checking on our heal every evening and organizing all our needs and requirements. Big shout out to Dibash for the company and support through whole trek.

I would love to have Dibash as our guide for future treks which i hope to do.
