Cannot provide enough positive feedback about the team. The owners, the guides, porters from top to bottom are incredibly service minded. More than service they take care of you regardless the issues that come up - big and small, all with a smile.

Even before the journey starts the preparation is awesome taking care of every plan and details - in this case managing the interests and variations of eight trekking members was done with attention to everyone.

And from the time we landed in Nepal till we left for home after successful completion of our trek the team was there every step of the way.

There are too many things to list here in terms of interactions we have had - starting with receiving us, welcome dinner, preparation briefing, day tour before trek began, each and every day of trek with immense attention to our needs, things that came up during our trek and handling them with ease, final day prep and getting back to Kathmandu, the day after your and farewell dinner. Each and every interaction was simply extraordinary.

I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to trek.

We went on the EBC trek in Nov 2024 and it was an excellent experience overall. Trekking Planner really take good care of planning the itinerary and making all the arrangements. Dipak was available to answer all our questions before we started the trek.

I would like to especially mention our lead guide Dipash who went out of his way to accommodate all our group's needs (We were a group of 6). He has a customer first approach and is always looking after the client's best interests. His timely suggestions enabled us to complete the trek without any major issues. He knows the whole terrain inside out and his briefings everyday helped us to prepare well for our trek the following day. We had to make some last minute changes to the itinerary and Dipash went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

Our assistant guide Pradeep also was of great help to us throughout the trek. From taking care of hot water for everyone to snacks, fruits etc to even taking pictures he was always up to the task. Lastly we could not have completed our journey so smoothly without the help from our excellent porters. Pasang (There were 3), Pradeep, Umesh and Jivan were so efficient in packing/bringing our stuff to the next destination. They did the hard yards with a smile on their face. Pasang and Umesh were really helpful as they were with the group and were ready to assist with carrying bags to providing water etc. They even took pictures along the trek!

All in all, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Trekking Planner for EBC trek. If possible, ask for Dipash as the guide. You would not be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience during my solo trek to Gokyo Ri in November. The itinerary set by Trekking Planner was perfect (an extra stop at Phorse Tenga, that most hikers skip, but is useful in my opinion). Most importantly, the Trekking Planner team took care of me when things did not go per plan. The weather in Lukla was bad at the start of my trip and I was delayed by a day. Many hikers were stuck for 4 days in Kathmandu. Dipakji (owner of Trekking Planner) stayed on top of the situation and was effective in arranging a helicopter transport for me. Through the trek, my guide Sudeep and porter Namaraz were wonderful. They were continuously working to ensure I had a good experience. When Sudeep realized that I was interested in photography, he helped make decisions to maximize my chances of capturing good photos. To make up for the lost day due to weather, he rightly guided me to reduce my stay in Gokyo from two days to one day, and do a sunset (instead of sunrise) hike to Gokyo Ri. The angle of the sun and the sunset light was ideal for capturing photos of the Himalayan peaks, including Everest. It also allowed me to get back to Lukla per my original schedule. When flights out of Lukla were getting delayed on the way out, Sudeep was constantly looking out for me by making trips to the airport. When we saw an opportunity to get a helicopter from a village called Surkhe, Sudeep rushed down with me (1500 feet descent) to help me make my flight. Overall, a successful trip thanks to the efforts by Trekking Planner.

Trekking planner arranged a wedding for us at a local monastery. With very short notice, they were not only able to arrange the wedding and transport. Rosan, our guide, had thought of every detail for not only us, but also the locals. This organization is exemplary in their knowledge and respect for local customs, as well as their dedication to making their customers experience memorable.

I have made a 14 days trek of EBC + Gokyo trail with Trekking Planner and their guide Sonam. Sonam is one of the most professional guide i ever seen! He is a good leader, caring, responsive and patient to any problems in the trek. Besides, his rich knowledge of Himalaya, Sherpa's culture and the mountains made the trek full of joy and informative.

Also, Trekking Planner is so well organizing and flexible to tailor-made the itinerary with my tight schedule. Their all-in-one package let me never worry about any accommodation or transportation in the trip. Highly recommended to my friends and anyone for travelling in Nepal.

Great trip on the Manaslu circuit. We felt safe. Very spontaneous booking was possible with start of the tour from Kathmandu the next day. Prepare for spectecular mountain experience!
