We started the 4-day Poon Hill trek with Binod and Pradip without much knowledge of the trails or the conditions along the way - turned out that we actually didn’t need much preparation. Binod (our guide) has been super supportive, detail-oriented and knows almost everything about the trail. He makes sure that we get the rooms with the best view or good facilities (hot showers!) and that we are never hungry. I am very touched that he brought us hot tea when we were waiting for the sunrise at Poon Hill. It might just be a small gesture and I really appreciated it.

Also special thanks to our porter Pradip! As a first-time trekker in Nepal we probably over packed - he handled it with ease and always with a smile.

P.S. we were following another group of hikers on Day 3. One lady seemed to have lost her balance and was falling down the slope. Binod and Pradip quickly dropped everything and rushed to pull her up. I know I know, every trekker would probably have done the same thing but for that lady they were her heroes.

Both Binod and Prodip were amazing during our Poon Hill trip, they ensured everything was safe, smooth, and comfortable. We feel almost a bit spoiled with the nice rooms, delicious food, and daily hot tea (4 times a day!). We were also very well entertained with endless local stories, jokes, and Nepalese card games :))

On our way back, a lady from a different group fell and they rushed to save her from falling off the slope. Such instincts not only demonstrate how good-natured our guides are, but also put you at ease about your own safety if you plan to trek with them.

Truly surreal experience going up to EBC in May. The magnificient peaks, breathtaking vistas and the overall experience is something you can only feel when you’re there, no amount of videos or photos can do justice.

Dibash Lamicchane and his team were exceptional in taking care of us starting from Kathmandu. They were knowledgable about the area, made sure our food and accommodation were taken care of at each place in advance and were also flexible in adapting to our changing situations especially on our return journey. We started the trip as unknowns and ended the trip as friends with Dibash and gang, even played cricket at Debuche.

Went to the EBC trekking. Sudip was our guide. He was professional and he took good care of us. Sudip made us safe and happy during the whole trip. Highly recommended.

It offers a unique opportunity to explore remote villages and interact with the local communities. Trekking the EBC and Goyko ridge was truly the experience of a lifetime! We are so appreciative of Trekking Planners for organizing our trip to our specifications and delivering far more than we could have imagined and far exceeding our expectations. Our guide Ananta was so knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Thanks to PJ as our Porter on this 20 day trek. There is a lot to consider when trekking to 18k feet with climatizing, explaining local culture, how to cross a suspension bridge when yaks are also crossing - and so much more! Arranging flights to and from the trek points Picking us up from the airport 5 hours away when the flights to Khatmandu were rerouted, arranging our lodging and flight/ bus ride to Chitwan for a Safari adventure; Welcome and farewell dinners in Khatmandu where we met other Trekkers and locals. Arranging for tours of temples and UNESCO sites while in Khatmandu, and arranging a fine hotel in the heart of the Thamel area. We arrived during one Festival and left during another - truly a cultural experience! The Nepali people are welcomed with kindness and open arms. The people living in the mountains - accessible only by the trails - have delightful tea houses all arranged for us by our Guide Ananta who met us with warm lemon ginger tea after a day of trekking. We recommend Trekking Planners Nepal. They stand out among the competition for unbeatable attention, service and pricing. We’ll recommend to our friends and would use them again whole heartedly.

Dipak created a custom EBC and Gokyo trek for us followed by safari in Chitwan National park. Excellent pricing and flawless delivery. From the moment we exited the airport to delivery back to the airport nearly a month later, we were taken care of every step of the way by the Nepal Trekking Planner team. They were like family, and our guides were all top notch - which shows just how connected Dipak is. All the accommodations were great. Overall, Nepal Trekking Planners strikes the right balance between value pricing and very good accommodations. We paid $20 more per night for private bathrooms and electric blankets, which made a huge difference for us. Our trekking guide Ananda and porter PJ were superb and so very attentive. Ananda planned our days based on our abilities and kept us at a sustainable pace. Whether a solo trek, a couples trek, or a group trek, we 100% recommend Nepal Trekking Planner - you will have found the best.

I did the EBC + Goyko lakes trek in November 2023. My experience with Trekking Planner was very good from start to finish. Communication with the company's owner was very efficient, trek was well organized and I had the chance to share those 2 weeks of trekking with a very good young guide named Anish.
