I highly recommend Nepal trekking planner for all your Nepal area trekking needs. I recently signed up for the EBC trek with them ( 10 days EBC with Chopper return ) and it was such a great pleasure working with them . They took care of all the end to end needs ..right from pickup from the Kathmandu airport to the entire trekking trip . Dipak ( the CEO of the company ) was in constant touch with me prior to the trip and did a perfect seamless planning for my entire trip .His guide Sonam executed the same perfectly and enabled me to complete my greatest dream ever to have my Trek completed safely( sound and secure ) .

Dipak has an amazing team working around for every single patrons they deal with . Diken , Dipak’s son and trekking planner-lead received me at the Airport and helped me to visit their office in Kathmandu the prior day .
The company’s entire crew helped me
get preped up for this trip immediately from the day I landed .Right from finding a comfortable hotel accommodation in Kathmandu , enabling cell phone data plans, providing Gear rentals , helped to get me the much needed comfort factor before the trip .

His Porter Chhong Dorjee Sherpa and Guide Sonam Sherpa did an amazing job being with me thru out the trip and taking care of me every single moment .All the teahouses that they have association with thru out the trip were of good quality and no complaints !!

They satisfied all my trekking needs and went above and beyond and they deserve a five star and I highly recommend this company for your future trekking needs in the Nepal region .

We booked a Everest view trek include EBC heli tour. Understand due to many unpredictable factors, flights ( especially direct to/from KTM) is very tricky to secure, however trekking planner had made the overall arrangement very well down to details. Trekking planner is putting all possible effort to make us enjoy our trip in Nepal. Also Mt. Guide and hut arranged are very nice, would recommend their service.

Trekking planner is a very good travel and tour and their guide gyalzen sherpa is very good and humble guide and i really enjoyed trek with him and hope to trek with him soon in next destinations and i thank for his effort and hard work to makes us happy.

Gyaljen sherpa is one of the best and entertainment guide in nepal and hope to travel more destinations with him in future.😍

My partner and I completed the 7 day Annapurna Base Camp trek in January 2024. Trekking Planner made our whole trip to Nepal amazing as they offered great services for not only during the trek, but also before and after by organising a guided tour around Kathmandu and helping to book accommodation in Pokhara. Our trekking guide, Nirmal, was the best you can get! He looked after us very well and treated us like friends/family, with excellent humour and knowledge about the Annapurna region and other places we visited during our stay in Nepal. We will definitely be using Trekking Planner again if we return to Nepal, and will 100% be recommending them to family and friends who wish to have an experience as amazing as ours!
