Our trek was an amazing success thanks to the incredible crew! From the very beginning, Deepak, the owner, went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, which was a huge help for our large group of 23 people with varying fitness levels (most of us nearing 50!). Deepak answered every question patiently and ensured all logistics were handled seamlessly from the moment we landed in Kathmandu.

Dibash - our lead guide, was top-notch. He's a true expert with a deep understanding of the terrain and the importance of safety. He also had a knack for reading his hiker's mind & needs and ensuring everyone felt comfortable and supported. Thanks, Dibash for making this a truly unforgettable experience!

Suman - He is called Bhanja ( Nephew) by the crew & we called him Lion King !! youngest but very matured for his age, always the first one to get ready and lead. Thanks Suman, we really enjoyed the time with you.

Pasang - Pasang is another assistant guide who is full of energy, always there for you with his jokes, always ready to help with extra luggage or any other needs. He made the trip easy for other guides by taking food orders everyday, three times for 23 chaotic group and never missed the order. Thanks Pasang !!

A special shout-out to Safal and Deependra for their unwavering support for the women in our group. We couldn't have done it without you, and we truly appreciate your efforts!

Trip was excellent and had an awesome experience only because of our trip guide Dibash and his team (Sherpas). They were very helpful in very small thing that we asked for and needed. Dibash is an excellent guide who knows how to handle the situation. We had an emergency situation during our trip, Dibash handled it very well and helped us. And he has a great support team Safal, Deepu, Suman and pasang. Safal helped me and motivated me through out my journey as I was sick because of high altitude. I could complete my trip only because of Sherpa Mr.Safal .
I definitely recommend Trekking planning Nepal to everyone who wants to have hassle free journey to EBC .

My group decided to book a private tour with Nepal Trekking Planner and it was the best decision we made for our trek to Everest Base Camp. Trekking Planner did a great job in guiding us with preparing before the trip. Dipak, the owner was quick in responding to all our queries via text and multiple phone calls. We had an amazing experience thanks to our guide Dibash. He is very knowledgeable and experienced guide. He planned out each day perfectly with ample breaks and proper pace setting that made this trek easier. Our porter Prajal was very courteous and always had a smile on his face.

We did Everest Base Camp trek in May 2024. We were a big group of 23 people with various fitness levels. Our guides Dibash and his team were instrumental throughout the trek. They took care of each one of our needs. Right from picking up from airport, lodging in Kathmandu and in trek, food provided everything is top notch.
