We were a group of 23 and it was life time experience. Dibash gave us daily briefing and it was filled with appreciation & caution. Pasang, Safal, Suman & Deepu were fantastic too and they were always filled with energy.

My group decided to book a private tour with Nepal Trekking Planner and it was the best decision we made for our trek to Everest Base Camp. Deepak spoke with us multiple times before we landed in Kathmandu and helped plan the entire trip and answered thousands of questions with patients and care. The entire team at Trekking Planner took really good care of us throughout the trek. Roshan and Roshan helped with pickup and drop off at the airport and site seeing in Kathmandu after the Trek. Ananta, the best guide ever, stayed with us through the trek and became a friend. Our Sherpas, Roopchandra and Nawaras kaka, helped carry the load with a smile. We couldn't have done this trek without Deepak's team making us comfortable and care. Couldn't have asked for a better team. I would highly recommend using Nepal trekking planner on your next hike in Nepal!!

Trekking Planner did a great job in guiding us with preparing before the trip. Dipak, the owner was quick in responding to all our queries via text and multiple phone calls. We had an amazing experience thanks to our guide Dibash. He is very knowledgeable and experienced guide. He planned out each day perfectly with ample breaks and proper pace setting that made this trek easier. Our porter Prajal was very courteous and always had a smile on his face.

We did Everest Base Camp trek in May 2024. We were a big group of 23 people with various fitness levels. Our guides Dibash and his team were instrumental throughout the trek. They took care of each one of our needs. Right from picking up from airport, lodging in Kathmandu and in trek, food provided everything is top notch. For sure I recommend Trekking Planner and also interested in taking more trips in future.

We were a group of 23 people. Trekking planner does fantastic job managing such a big group. Lead guide Dibash along with his team Suman, Safal, Padang. Suspended such a big team with 10% success to EBC. The logistics and wide range of fitness levels in the group and pace was accommodated by this group of guides with very positive attitude, no frustration, always willing to help. In Kathmandu also Deepak and his ye above and beyond with their hospitality, service and very quick responses. I would highly rated them for EBC. We would never have such a wonderful lifetime experience without them

Dipak, the owner of Trekking Planner, was quick in replying to every email before our travels even started. Since arriving in nepal we felt welcome and in safe hands. Everything was organized for us.
In Lukla we met our guide Ananta. He is an awesome and very experienced guide. He could answer every question we had and told us so much about the track, culture and much more. Thanks to him, Dipak and all the other people we met on the way, we had an outstanding experience and a wonferful vacation.
