I would recommend Trekking Planner w/o any doubt. We had 23 people & the team did awesome job throughout the entire process.

Everest base camp trek is a once in a life time experience and Trekking planners made the experience a pleasant one. We went with the guide Avishek and he is one guy who is always optimistic and keeps the group cheered up and motivated no matter what the odds are. Trekking with him has been a jovial experience. I look forward for more treks with him.

This was my first high altitude trekking ever and I was internally a little anxious. We were a group of 20. Trekking Planner (TP) staff Roshan, received us at the airport with warmth. We reached our hotel Moonlight which was a good pick by TP. Very comfortable place to stay, good food and cordial staff.
Deepak, the owner of TP, met us at the hotel and made us feel super comfortable.
Everything was extremely well organized, from the welcome dinner, prepping us for our trek, currency exchange, sightseeing in Kathmandu, and guidance in shopping.
The trek was very well managed by our head guide Avishek and all his assistant guides. We had many miles to cover each day. Dikshya made it very easy with her amazing company, great sense of humor and beautiful Nepali music. I did not see anyone not being attentive when they were with us. They had the best porters 🙏, best personal assistants, Umesh was mine 🙏, best Tea houses all through and through.
A big shout out to FT Sherpa. A true energizer bunny that keeps going and going.

Initially I was going to do the three day trek ending at Ghandruk, but was not able to do so due to health reasons. Dipak immediately arranged for me to be taken directly to Ghandruk where I then stayed for two nights. He also organised several parts of my journey and was endlessly responsive and helpful information, even when I was back in Pokhara and after that Kathmandu. I was very impressed by the service and support, and would happily recommend the company. I am happy that I ended up in Ghandruk and had the time to explore the village with its thousands of steps. It has been an amazing experience.

Avi is the best guide I’ve ever had. An expert communicator and just an all around great person and fun. He and his team coordinated everything seamlessly and I always felt supported and safe. They have vast knowledge of the mountains and share that in fun ways. Simply put … GO !!!

Amazing team starting with Dibash as a lead guide. Pasang, Safal, Suman and Dipendra as guides. Very helpful team and they just never say no to anything you ask for. They are always there to help including watching out for our stuff that we forgot during breaks. By end of the trip they became our brothers!
